Attorney Miller has been providing quality Elder Law and Estate Planning services to clients since 1994. These services have reached thousands of people concerned about protecting their families from the devastating legal effects of disability and death. He is the only member in the Worcester area accepted into the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. The Academy is a limited membership organization that provides continuing legal education to members, and practice management support and training. The goal of the Academy is to help foster excellence with attorney and their clients. Attorney Miller is a member of the Academy’s Board of Governors and he regularly attends specialized and advanced training by the experts in the Academy Education Department several times a year. He is the author of numerous published articles on elder law and estate planning matters and is the co-author of the book, 39 Common Questions Consumers Have About Estate Planning in Massachusetts.
